mine was a fiesta rsturbo, the standard cam seemed to have loads of mid range but did tail off with the t2, but I have been in other efi turbo's with the usual piper/kent cams and they seem to pull a lot better past the 5k mark than mine but they didnt have much mid range as mine.

I think mfi and efi do drive noticably different in the mid range, my escort felt like it was bogging slightly until it came on cam (mfi) was set up my msd running 14psi and will reckoned around the 180 bhp mark, god knows what torque.

Rob - you got a good bit of power from your motor (im guessing mfi) for that amount of boost, nice one
