Right well things went very well apart from one of the mount brackets nearly broke in the cooler half way whilst trying to put it through the cooler.

Heres the old mount design I did.

Here I have put some 6mm aluminium tubing in between the fans plastic holes, as I dont want them to snap which they were close to doing so, on the old mounting design.

Heres the first mount through the cooler and the foam protection square bits.



And here it is fully mounted on the cooler.



And back in the engine bay.
Was a bugger to get back in with the fans fitted but I think it looks a lot neater.

Just need to trim the foam bits in line with the fans then I think it is there.

Now to see if they will do anything. I think though, they will only help whilst the car is on the move though whilst the turbo is boosting so to speak.
