id have a bias valve, the screw type, not sure if would be better than a inline brake compensator but then its adjustable so you can have a little play with it and find the best front to rear bias to suit your needs and it can be adjusted when you go on track etc.

and on the actual brakes, id rebuild the calipers and use good discs and pads
