Decent power is easily achievable its just holding it higher up the rev range which is the tricky part, the head just needs the ports opening which varies from 250 to 450 depending where you take it.

With full zetec as soon as you aproach the 1 bar mark you need to change the valve springs which I think are a round th 200 mark, then there is the issue of exhaust/inlet manifolds which has to be a custom jobbie if you want it done properly ( i know you can use oem rst stuff but its not a perfiect port match afaik)

With zvh is pretty much replace the bottom end, bit of head work and away you go. I mut admit though there are very few if any power graphs on here for zvh showing an impressive climp in power, usually just a huge bust early on thwe tails off early.
