I got the all steel internals, block machining for £1100

But when I build an engine I would always go the forged steel route but maybe not the crank depending on the setup, forged pistons and rods is always worthwhile as once its in its pretty much there for good, where as if you use standard rods, you will always get to the limit and then wish you went for hsection ones etc but that is just my way of thinking, do it once do it right etc etc

Simon, I do have faith in the ZVH and it would be a joy to keep up with a few of the zetec turbo lads on the track and the strip, fingers crossed I can even upset a few if it ever gets finished.
