The "TCGN32" EPROM is probably meant for Group N use with a with a 32mm intake restrictor, Bosch 400 injectors, APS05 and 102 RON fuel.
Beware that if you run the engine at high load without the intake restrictor, or with the wrong fuel, map sensor or injectors, you will probably fry it (melt the pistons). As a matter of fact the fuel, compression ratio, injectors, map sensor and EPROM have to match.
The babyboard is a dongle that decrypts the EPROM. It was probably made by Pectel and the "developer" ID is on the square chip on the babyboard itself. I suggest that you contact Mountune Racing for details as they probably created the EPROM shown on the picture (see if the ID just mentionned is "M.R.E", which stands for Mountune Race Engines).
In any case you certainly want another chip as restricted engines are not fun at all. If you contact the developer they can certainly supply another program and tell you what kind of map sensor, fuel and injectors it needs.
