Alright mate,
first things first gearbox if u keep the standard bc box
it's a matter of when not if the box gives up mtx75 conversion is idealy
what you need.
I have both a highly tuned cvh and zvh both offer diffrent types of power,
zvh has buckets of torque but runs out of puff
cvh has power to the limiter but produces less torque.
This is my opinion obviously other ppl might have diffrent experinces.
As for rods and pistons you realy need to speak to your builder,
but I have accrilites in mine and have been for 7 years!
But all forged pistons fo the job.
I'm gonna get slated for this but clutch,
I bought a new standard clutch from ford
and mated it with a ap paddle center plate and it's been fine with over
200bhp230 fpt never been a problem with countless launches.
