Bugger, was stripping my head in anticipation of receiving my new stem seals and thinking cylinders 1 and 3 were at top dead centre the exhaust valve on No 3 dropped and looks like its gone all the way to the bottom of the guide.

Have tried using my magnetic pick up tool but the valve is not magnetic. Neither can I get in with fingers to pull it up.

Looks like am gonna have to remove the head anyway and might as well get the valve guides done while am at it, how much is it normally to have standard guides replaced?
