afraid i'd say new injectors mate.......

I've got a 2006 st tdci, 2.2. Started lumpy cold start and rough idle at only 37k, was still under warranty from buying it...Took it back to the dealers and they replaced them straight away, and also said it was piontless to consider recoding.
Car runs perfectly and pulls a freight train again.....
