There are plenty of near 1000hp cossies in the scandinavia. Some might be over but don't quote me on that. Don't know about other countries but at least in here, modding any car beyond +20% power (compared to the most powerful version produced of that car model) is plain and simply illegal. Therefore most people don't like to shout about them.
