I'm pretty sure fuse no11 on a 2wd sapphy cossie is the FAN fuse, if so it needs rewiring yesterday before engine meltdown due to no fans, totally normal to melt the fuse connections.
Do a search on here as there is a diagram for fan rewire, cost under £10 and saves your engine, very easy diy as well.
