Blown out of proportion IMO, as said above if Ford were in the media it would be no different than this...take 1.6/1.8/2.0 diesel focus 55-56 plate fan recalls, need a jumper loom, lower capacity fuse and a module shield on them otherwise they 'might' catch fire. I've done say 75+ of these, not including those done by other people at my dealer. Then you've got every other dealer in the country, and presumably dealers worldwide aswell.
I'm pretty sure that would lead into the millions aswell! And thats just one recall..
