I closed the topic because your question was answered.

I have spoken to Admin who have again confirmed that tools were mentioned because thats were you have been considered to be trading, what that PM should have made clear is that aswell as tools you are not allowed to sell anything else as you have been classed as a trader.

If you still have the original PM I sent you when it was deemed that you were a trader it states

"In view of this, please do not post any parts or cars for sale etc, commercial messages of any kind and ensure that your signature / avatar and user profile remain free of any references to your company. This includes web addresses, phone numbers etc"

If you wish to request your gold membership fee back then you will again need to speak to admin but i do not hold much hope of you getting that back as no doubt you sold a few tools on here before you were deemed a trader.
