I work in IT security and we run regular audits to check for repeated attempts at "proxy avoidance" (what you're trying to do) and issue these reports on a monthly basis to department heads.
IT staff generally view proxy avoidance as worse than porn due to the fact it is a pre-meditated attempt to bypass the security mechanisms for unknown purposes.
As per a few of the posts above, you WILL get caught & if your company are looking for an excuse to lose staff you are giving them an excuse - most organisations view this as gross misconduct.

Very true but it is my opinion IT people only see these bypasses as an attack at their skills to prevent such actions and hate the ego bruising !
A company I worked for a few years ago have such one spotty little geek who thought he was better than me but after a few years of cat and mouse proxies chases etc...I kicked his ass proper and he never knew how.
I did build a radio transmitter into his keyboard and knew all his passwords as he typed them
FYI, once you have joined the proxify service above, they litterally have hundreds of IP/DOMAINS/PIGGYBACKS/PORT redirections that will never link back to a known proxy site and infact are finding new and discarding old ones every day.. its very clever and has never failed me !
