Commercial vehicles DEFINATLEY DONT NEED A VIC fella and even if they don't class the taxi as a commercial it's literally a 5 minute check.If it does need a vic then the new keeper will find out when he changes the logbook over as the Dvla will write to him to let him know it requires a vic check before the v5 is released.it's nothing to panic about in anyway.one quick question,does the guy know it's been damaged?if so then you could always explain this too him as he's buying it,they cost about £41 iirc.
