Tried new filters and also im only able to receive 1mb where i live, so obviously the speedtouch should be able to get to those speeds or near to it? not half like im getting, and plus im sure i was using it years ago and i was getting the same speed as i USED to get on my router(i.e very very close to 1mb).

Rang orange and they said they need 3 speed tests each 4 hours apart before they can say anymore
