they are also a fucking cunt to supply parts for mate,,,,, had to pay them 3k a year to have the advertise the products we sold to them in there catalogue AND they got a HUGE kick back and fuck me they are arogant,,,,, they fucked up orders and claimed WE had to sort it out for them and collect the parts ( most parts are sent direct from supplyer) and then they called a "meeting" to tell us to do a better deal or they will walk,,,, they spent something like 30k with us in a year,,,, got and after the shite and warranty bollox we done as "gesture of faith" like changing a fucking M3 coilover kit as the customer claimed "the cars balance is pissed" and they ordered replacements,,, then matching fronts as the customer is no happy to change rear dampers THEN wanted new springs as the ride was harder than before,,,,,,, with the fucked rear shocks on it that affected the balance THEN it turns out the fucker uses it as a track car and 1 rear shock was fucking bent,,,,,,, the fucking drama and arse ache with that like giving customers my fucking direct line for general questions and just forwarding emails to us so we supply part numbers and info,,,,, my boss actually said in a polite way " KW are who you should be calling i think"
