we are on salary in a way,
we get just over £550 basic for a 45 hour week, if we do less we get our basic but if we do more we get paid extra at single rate, no time and a half like we used to.
we get double pay from 10pm through to 5am
weekends are paid at normal rate aswell.
money really isnt great.
ive just applied for a job with the co-op running out of thurrock in essex.
£32k a year so wish me luck
