just been through my rebuild pics, n it is kind of hard to see exactly what iv done, but...

im fairly sure on the outer side of all the bushes mentioned, iv used the standard issue ford curved washers

then on the hub to trailing arm bush, iv used that thick washer u have on the outside, on the inside between the hub n the bush, if that makes sense? kind of takes up that space u have, then the curved washer on the outside compresses it all together

i have the same bush kit, admittedly my tie bar to hub bushes look tighter, altho they do take a hell of a tightening up, even with the curved ford washers, i had to run them up with the impact gun, then the rest of the way with a big old torque wrench
