As said just have a real close look at the tail of the thread, if the tail thins as it goes counter clockwise it's a std right hand thread, if it thins as it goes clockwise it's a left hand thread.

Can't see any threads left on the top
the rear passenger side was LH thread 41mm I got that off no bother but the front 30mm passenger side is causing me a bit of a headache....
