Biggest ball ache of a job ever, with the quality of pattern sumps, gaskets, oil pumps, and rear main seal housings, nothing lines up 100%.
My advice.. if the engine is in then a
little bit of superglue to fix the gasket to the bottom of the block then fit sump, do not over tighten the bolts and go round a few times re-torquing them..... then pray
