you could cancel and start over or just cancel and they will offer to fix it

my way would be start over, as you will get a hd box wether you pay the extra or not and have all new gear fitted and sell teh old box on ebay

need a new name to put on it tho and dont forget when you get sky you pay a month up front so dont get stitched paying for that last month you get when you cancel
