Phone up and threaten to cancel,always works for me.sky plus box failed before and they told me I was out of warranty,the Asian call centre worker told me my box was 2 months past it's warranty and I'd have to pay.put me through to your disconnections department then my curry loving friend,quick call to the UK office and sky man was round two days later with a new box!!!
