Default FAO: DVD Software Gurus

Hi all,

im looking for a piece of software (if it exists) which can filter out "hiss" and background noise from a dvd audio track. Its for a copy of the 1987 Austrailian Touring Car Championship that I have. The video quality is excellent on it, but the audio on it seems to be dominated by "hiss", meaning that its difficult to hear the commentary.

Cheers,

Agar

PS - its not a problem with my dvd player that creates the "hiss", it seems to be part of the original audio recording.
