the t28 ran out of steam as its not a high power turbo! not trying to insult here but seriously chap you cant go slapping any old turbo on! just cuz its got a chip on! thas like me saying i know i used to run a t34 im slaping my GT35 on it'll be fine it wont!
I'd say if im honest you HAVE either shagged the turbo or the engine....
