I'm quite surprised that no-one has mentioned it yet but bear in mind you were flashed so there is pictoral evidence. Getting your doris to cop the points for you could land you in alot more shit if the picture shows otherwise.

I was clocked over a mile @ 99.4 or 99.6, can't remember which now, and I received 3 points and a £60 fine. I was obviously doing more, clocked the undercover Carlton and slowed right down so was very lucky. Plus this was a number of years ago now so things could have changed regarding the law since then.
