I was once in a very similar situation, but thje kids are both mine. Its taken years to come to an ammicable agreement and now the eldest girl lives with me. You have to be carefull here pal, play your cards carefully or you can lose everything you own as she has kids and youve made her "accustomed to a lifestyle" It can be grim pal and a GBH story will not give the judge any sympathy for your plight if this twat appears in court on crutches and makes you look a Bad tempered Hooligan....
