yes mate they can be driven with a car licence with any size engine.

if your going to buy 1 dont waste your money on 1 of these shitty imports,
they are seriously slow and poorly built, personally id go for either a
honda trx450
yamaha raptor 660 or 700
yamaha yfm 450
yamaha banshee 350
suzuki ltz400
kawasaki kxf400

they cost a little more but are worlds apart from the rest of the cheap crap.
