The advanced range of tools are great quality and really cheap if you have a trade car, 99 quid for a socket set of near snap-on quality that would cost you the best part of a grand from the man with a van and he wont replace parts at 4pm on a sunday afternoon.

Retail price on bulbs and stuff is horrific but to the general public who buy such things once in a blue moon and want the reassurance of being told which bulb they need and being offered it fitted for a few quid, it makes perfect sense.

Great business model IMHO, they manage to tap into the profitable retail side of things and at the same time are great value for trade.
