guys when complaining to ford make sure to mention about there "moments of truth" in the dealerships,,,,,, for are spending millions on customer service and its a BIG program,,,, next time your in there mention about making the moment,,,,, they should rethink this a bit
this is a ford thing and not a ford franchis thing might i add,,,, hence mentioning it to ford motor company in your letter of complaints as every customer of ford can be worth a min of 250 grand in your lifetime,,,,,, and more !!!!
