mmmm i wouldnt be impressed with the alarm company. If they checked the premises surely they checked for alarm faults? A cut phone line should register a fault even when reset. That should have raised suspicion.
Maybe an additional GSM pager needed instead! theyd have to cut wire and jam network.
Seems like the response time is quite slow as well.
