Yeh the pump is working, if i remove the top off the reservoir you can see water entering from the return hose.
All i have done is relocated the reservoir, the hoses are connected up in exactly the same way, just a bit shorter.
Im runnin out of ideas as well
are you sure you have all the air out of the charge cooler core? it does sound like theres air inthe charge cooler system somewhere
