The only thing i have done is to relocate the charge cooler reservoir to near the air filter as i fitted a strut brace (see pic).....
This ment shortning the feed and return pipes to the reservoir therefore slightly reducing the water capacity of the system.
I am using a R&B Motorsport ACT guage and a Pace charge cooler.
Any ideas?

must be the way youve replummed your chargecooler setup and maybe the water isnt circulating properly.
