I used to go to the gym a fair bit, but then i discovered beer
lol But im going to go back now this Firday as at the moment i am nearly the heavist i have ever been the most unfit i have ever been etc. So now im going to watch what i eat IE not all junk food but i wont be only eating healthy either as at the end of the day if u eat stuff in moderation its ok. Unless u want to become a body builder etc.
Rule is eat stuff in moderation and dont go over board and just get into a routine at the gym and start uping stuff as u progress etc. Im off to get some weights for home on the weekend to as i want to get in shap before i go away with uni
