Hi,

Iv got a 1.8 MK1 focus that has the following mods
- ST170 4-2-1 manifold/cat
- S.S catback exhaust
- 65mm TB with ported inlet to suit
- Kent Sport Cams and Verniers

I was just wondering if there is any other options available to me (other than SC/TC/ITB's??)

Iv read some where the standard inlet is meant to be restricted. Any options to replace this other than with ITBs?

Also my spark plugs need replacing and wondering if better to stick wth standard ford plugs or seen people rave bout either NGK platinum or Denso Iridium plugs? Wot do people recommend?

Any other ideas?
