Sorry to jump the thread but is it better to stick to ford plugs or to use denso iridium or NGK platinum plugs on my 1.8.

Mine are due a change and wondered wots best go for? Iv got full exhaust and induction mods, plus Kent cams/verniers if this makes any difference
