A 2L in a mk5 tina will certainly be a pinto same bottom end the cossie is based on, apart from uprated components used the block is the same.
Yes with correct parts will fit straight in, get the box from the mk5 also, noy sure but suspect it may have been changed to the type 9 gearbox(5 speed) as this was popular, don't know much about tina's, but box is about the biggest thing to sort next to engine.
The other issue is trhe wiring looms will be different as the tina was carb and the sierra EFI, but can still use the fuel lines for the carb no problem, ie take off efi pump and use the return to feed the mechanical fuel pump on the pinto block.
As ford used the pinto in the mk1 and 2 sierra no part is going to be hard to get some even new.
Tina will likely/should come with a webber 32/36 DGAV carb, a excellent carb used right up till 1988 in 2L capri(man and auto), but for speed this can be swapped direct with a 38 DGAS(3L capri) or even 40DFI if you can find one.
