Default zetec se cylinder head interchangable?

hi everyone, long story short, ive suffered tensioner failure on my focus zetec s 1.6 2000. ive replaced the bent valves and reassembled to find that i now have great loss of power ( struggling up hills and with load) it may be clearances or valve seating causing the low compression on three cylinders(150 compared with 250lbs!) .. fed up now im asking for help from the experts and looking for a second hand head to slap on at low cost.

my question is this. i currently have this engine, with 4 bolts holding the rocker cover

anyone know if i can use the cylinder head from this engine ( from mk2 focus i believe) http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FORD-1-6-ZETEC-SE-ENGINE-/250640024625?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles _CarParts_SM&hash=item3a5b4f4431

im just using ebay as pictures as im confused as to identifying what these engines are referred to. zetec s/se/phase1/phase 2/silvertop/blacktop.. to me the heads do look the same with the exception of the rocker cover and how it is mounted (but i can get one with a rocker cover). any help/input regarding any of these issues would be greatly appreciated.
