its the owners not the dogs, they arnt born knowing to be viscious, ive had ebt's all my life and im 37, never had a bad word said about the breed,

feel sorry for the dogs, as its them that suffer in the end,

i do agree that there should be some sort of owners guide, but dont know how it would be policed,
