To the ERST people were you using the correct twin piston type?

The main factor being the amount of boost produced the higher the boost the more damage will be done to the turbo.

As to your question as said do not T into the Fuel reg or MAP feeds they should be connected directly to the plenum, there should be a spare nipple you can connect to, I to found car run better WITH it.

well if the ERST owners didnt use a twin pistons the car wouldnt run at all

with a twin piston the car runs asif it has small air leak. Letting off the throttle causes the car to lung forward, the throttle is less responsive as it waits for the valve to close, also it actually takes longer to spool the turbo with DV as all air is removed from the cross over and it takes longer to fill again with a freewheeling turbo with no air in there.
