Ok, if they flash it doesnt sound like sticking relay then.

But the fact they all flash at same time still points to the hazard switch id think or the wiring of the alarm that goes to it aswell. Maybe try a Haynes or that for a wiring diagram and trace thru it. Done anything recently that might have upset wiring behind dash?
