Sounds like it if everything else is looked at.

Do the indicators just stay lit and not flash like normal then???

If so its got to be the relay, wether its faulty or the alarm wiring that connects to here. Was the relay/hazard switch new or 2nd hand? Any chance it could be the same problem as the first part you replaced?
