which makes the scrap metal merchants as much criminals as the pikeys as they quite clearly are bringing in stolen goods to sell. if the merchants were more picky about checking whats sold to them is legit then it wouldnt happen so much. But i guess most just see a few easy quid and greed sets in to avoid hassle off the pikeys.

Tbh of a pikey kicked off in a scrap metal merchant he'd probabley be crushed in his transit
Same with smack heads, if they bring in copper it's cut up or the tanks flattened so no real trace of them.
