I'm in the same boat!! Where my garage is, there's a geezer that always comes over when he sees me farting about. Until recently he had an old fucked mk5b escort and everytime he'd ask me to have a look at it. I only used to do it just to keep him sweet as I reckon he would be the kind of bloke to bitch and whinge!!

Thank fuck he got rid of the escort shitter and bought a newish focus instead so I now don't have to look at that anymore!! But still he comes over and waffles on about how fast it is (just as quick as a my cossie was apparently!!) and random other shite!! The other month he came over and started telling me how well his diet is going and that he's lost loads of weight etc...... I have a problem where I normally say things without thinking (it's got me into a fair bit of shit!! ) and I've just replied with something along the lines of 'keep going mate, you got a bloody long way to go yet!!' He just walked off with the hump!!! Lol!

He don't talk to me as much now. Result!!
