It's a bit of a shitter really, not enough room for them all, but not harsh enough punishment to deter them.
in my opinion its not hard enough, if it is murder then it should be the death penalty with in 24hrs of sentencing he should be in a wooden box
.if you get caught for burglary or theft give then hard labour on the chain gang .if its gbh then it should be an eye for an eye .if its fraud then they should pay back every penny with interest if that means they loose every thing to do that so be it ,& they should do time to
