Christ, thats not good at all, I wouldnt be surprised if you end up liable all the way back to 2005, which could be thousands

Get down the local tax office, they tend to be more useful in person than down the phone I have found.

N.I is in two parts, employer contribution and employee contribution, depending on how your self employment status is structured you could be liable for BOTH parts potentially!
