Damn right there should be harsher penalties! And ultimately prison should be somewhere that once you've been you NEVER wanna go back. It shouldn't be about reformation, more about humiliation!!

Quite simply when I was younger and acted the bollocks my old man would give me a smack with the slipper. If he'd of just said I was naughty and not to do it again I sure as shit would've! But when you get a smack and know the next time you'll get your ass proper tanned, you learn quickly not to do it again.......
