OK, this is mine and it cost around 12k to be built and watertight. The only money out of that that went to a tradesman was the brickie @ £1500. All other work was done by myself and friends. Its 10m x 7m, fits 6 cars with nothing else but is a nice 2/3 car carage for working on them.

I would still like a ramp but they just take up too much space and get in the way. It would have to be in the centre of the garage for the roof height and would mean I lose alot of space and manouvering ability because of the posts. I'm not sure the pros outweight the cons?? Depends on what your doing to your car I guess.
