Murder is a bit different though IMHO, as it ranges from a pub arguement that goes bad to a pre-planned risk worth taking bumping off, more a crime of circumstance or emotion etc?

Where as theft is usually pre-planned to aviod meeting anyone or oppertunist?

The problem at the moment is that the punishment for getting caught is far far outweighed by the gains?
