Did you get the old diaphram back when it went in initially?? ...wouldn't surprise me if they sacked off changing it/wanged in a replacement quickly and just melted your car down some local roads instead. A 300bhp ST is going to be a good job to get instead of Granny Smiths 1998 Ford Ka coming in for its annual service.
